We, the WEFRA Publishing Gesellschaft für Print- und Online-Medien mbH, head office: Mitteldicker Weg 1, 63263 Neu-Isenburg (henceforth known as "the provider") take the protection of your personal details very seriously and strictly observe all legal regulations, in particular the laws on data protection. Personal data are collected on this website only insofar as is technically necessary and is needed to complete business transactions.

The following declaration provides an overview of how we ensure this protection, what type of data we collect and for what purpose.

I. Data Processing on this Website

VIII. Changes to our Data Protection Regulations

The provider reserves the right to amend the security and data protection regulations if this should become necessary due to e.g. technological developments. In such an event we will adjust our privacy policy accordingly. Please ensure that you always consult the latest version of our privacy statement.

The operator will inform registered users of planned changes in advance and will give them the opportunity to lodge an objection. They will be notified of the time limitations to an objection, the form of the amendment and the consequences of any objection. If no user lodges a formal objection in writing with the operator within two weeks, the amended data protection policy takes effect on expiry of the aforementioned period of time. If a user exercises his or her aforementioned right of objection, the operator still remains entitled to terminate the contractual relationship according to the terms of use within the legal period.
